Kathy Screen
Campus Minister
Kathy is a native of Lake Charles, La. She is a graduate of LSU and also holds a Master's in Religious Education from Loyola University, New Orleans. Just recently, Kathy completed a degree from the School of Spirituality at the Cenacle of Our Lady of Divine Providence in Tampa, Florida. Prior to coming to Christ the King, she served for 18 years as Director of Religious Education at Our Lady of Mercy Church. Kathy has been active with the Junior League and was President of the Baton Rouge Bar Auxiliary and Catholic High Mother's Club. A widow with three children and seven grandchildren, she enjoys family activities (especially spoiling grandchildren), gardening, cooking, exercise, and travel. Kathy is responsible for coordinating infant baptisms, working with social and fellowship events, and assists with spiritual direction. Her favorite religious song is "I Know That My Redeemer Lives."
